WaffleWong's first love, Fluffed

Helllooooo guys welcome to my first blog post! Lemme be honest, I'm not sure if I'm doing this right and was very scared of writing this first post because I didn't know what to write about! So I thought why not start off on the very reason why I started this foodie journey and for those who know me, ya'll know it's my love for waffles from Fluffed!

Fluffed is a cafe and dessert bar located at Taman Paramount, SS2. They specialised in waffles with a wide variety of flavours from their waffle batter, ice cream, toppings and sauce, ranging from RM 20-25 for one waffle. They also have a really good extensive selections of cakes and drinks. I'm not kidding when I say everything they serve is always top notch quality, and never once had a bad experience here. Thanks to it's increasing popularity, there is always a queue here, and the wait could take up to 1 hour during peak time! I personally like to go during the afternoon, it's much quieter, (still a lot of people) and just feel like i can really enjoy the desserts more without feeling rushed! Rush cause if there is a long queue, I feel bad if I take my own sweet time. Service here is always the loveliest, even when they're busy as hell, they always give their customer a big smile and are super welcoming!

So my love for waffles started all way back in 2016, 5 years ago, when I first tried Fluffed. I fell in love with the place instantly, their freshly made waffles, cakes, ice cream and drinks were amazing, just hit me right in the heart. I love this place so much that people around me keep associating me to Fluffed and waffles. Naturally I had many nicknames related to waffles, like Waffle Wong. Another name was Fluffy Wong HAHAHA. I have honestly lost count on how many times i eaten here, cause I came too many times! I have eaten at Fluffed with all my love ones, people who I genuinely care and love, that’s why I’m always the happiest going to Fluffed. Also thanks to Instagram and connecting with so many lovely foodies, I feel so happy when someone take my recommendations and try Fluffed out and really enjoyed it! I feel like I'm spreading good vibes by sharing great waffles. That's why Fluffed will always have a special place in my heart, thanks to the happy memories created by them. :’)

Everything in the menu is amazing, but if I gotta choose, my favourite waffle is Peter Pan, pandan waffle with caramelised banana + coconut ice cream + pandan sauce. I swear I have eaten this at least 10 times and my eyes open so big every time I take a bite of this. The waffle itself is aromatic and has that nice crips on the outside but super light and fluffy in the inside. This waffle is perfect for those who like their dessert "not too sweet", the sweet pandan sauce and banana is balanced out well with the SUPER HUGE SCOOP of coconut ice cream that isn't too heavy! This waffle never EVER goes wrong, you can never get sick of it (well for me hehe).

It may seem very silly but I hold this cafe dearly to my heart and it really means a lot to me. I have made so many memories here with my love ones and wish it continues forever heheh. There are times I can come here 3 times a week HAHAHA (and I wish I could do that every week!)
